Sadie
My name is Sadie and I am about 5 years old. I’m a 55 lb pittie mix (I think!) and really want to be your new best friend. I’m up to date on all my vaccinations, including heart worm and flea/tick and I’m already spayed.
I love to play and I have so much energy and really want to be on the trails, out running, or going on adventures! The couch might be my new favorite place when I'm in the house though! I’m okay with the other dogs that live in my foster home.

Tobey
Tobey is a 3 year old male chihuahua who is ready for his forever home! Tobey is about 20lbs, which is much too large for his little frame! His new owners will need to get him on a diet and exercise program quickly. This shouldn't be hard as Tobey LOVES being outside running around, hanging out with other dogs, and just being active in general.
Tobey is full house broken, but may mark in a new space. He loves to wander around while outside sniffing everything he can and marking it. He walks really well on a leash and is very easy to control. He can move pretty quickly for a big guy, so he will keep you on your toes.

Shrimp
My name is Shrimp and I am a 5 year old chi mix. Since I weigh only 10 lbs, Shrimp is a pretty apt description.
My foster mom says I am one loveable guy because I can't get enough of kissing, cuddling and lap time. I am fast on my feet and Houdini has nothing on me. A secure yard will be necessary as I am an escape artist! Nudism is my thing. No collars, leashes or harnesses for me. I prefer to go au natural. I am a bit strong-willed. I like to decide when I want attention and affection and whom I want it from. Please don't be presumptuous and pick me up or force your attentions upon me. Reward me for my positive behaviors (and there are many) but if I misbehave, ignore me rather than reprimanding. I really hate scoldings! Does anyone like to be scolded?

Goose
Meet Goose, a dog who loves the universe and all it has to offer! He’s the cat’s meow, but for some reason doesn’t like cats. Hey, nobody’s perfect!
Goose is a 2 year old, 70-pound pit bull living with a foster family in Framingham, MA. Besides being adorably sweet and friendly, Goose is neutered, housebroken, up-to-date on shots, and crate-trained.

Rufus
Do you like big mutts with huge smiles? If so, I am your man! Weighing in at 85 lbs of love I am the largest lap dog you could ever hope to meet. Yep, you read that right! I just love to sit in my foster dad's lap. It was love at first sight for me.
At just 3 years old, I am in doggie adolescence. Like all adolescents I need patience and consistent training to mature into the awesome dog I am destined to be.

Zane
Zane is a very good boy who was living outside but has adapted well to being indoors. He's enjoying regular meals, a warm safe place to sleep, and does not tire of receiving cheek scratches and pets. He's got a luxuriously soft coat that is a pleasure to pet. His favorite is being curry combed and melting into a puddle. He likes getting pets in between bites of his food and sometimes expresses his opinion about his food.

Buddy
Buddy is a sweet, trusting, friendly 15 year old with a soft black coat and fluffy tail whose owner has gone into a nursing home. Buddy loves to get out and explore and isn't shy about making himself at home. The 18 hours or so of daily beauty sleep must really be doing the job because this boy DOES NOT look his age.

Cleopatra
Cleo is a formerly feral cat; she was found outside and is now enjoying life in the safe and warm indoors. Because she didn't interact with humans for the first 9 or so months of her life, Cleo is slowly learning how to not be afraid of humans, and at this point is still afraid of human touch. She'll need a month or two to get used to her new home and parent, and likely longer before she's ok being touched by them. Even though she's afraid to be touched, she will happily accept treats, run around playing with her favorite toys, and meow at you when she wants some food or attention.

Tiffany
Tiffany is a beautiful 13 year old Maine Coon girl who was surrendered when her owner had to move to a nursing home. Although she can be shy at first, Tiffany is very affectionate once she warms up and loves laps!
Tiffany has a hyperactive thyroid which can be managed with a strict diet, but it's more easily managed with medication that isn't too expensive. She'll need to have blood work done once or twice a year to make sure her medication dosage is still correct.
