MA Gas Prices Drop 1 Cent From Last Week

The price of $2.77 is up seven cents from a month ago, however, the prices are down significantly from a year ago at this time, when gas prices were going for $3.73.
Nationally, gas prices remained steady over the month of June with the national average finishing three cents higher than it was at the start of the month.
Across the United States,13 percent of gas stations are selling gas for over $3.00, while 15 percent of stations are selling gas for less than $2.50. A year ago at this time, 99.99 percent of stations were selling gas for over $3.00.
