Whether for transportation or for sheer joy, automobiles and car culture have become pervasive in our culture to the point that most can’t live without one.

While most citizens throughout the world own a car – 253.6 million vehicles were registered in the United States in 2012 alone, according to the Federal Highway Administration – people select their cars for a wide variety of reasons including, fuel economy, comfort, speed, or style.

What kind of car do you drive?

“I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz C300, which I have had for three months now.”

What do you like about it?

“It’s a great car; this is my third Mercedes. I like that it is cheaper than a Volvo and it has a lot of great features: a back-up camera, satellite radio, the navigation system, and it gets great gas mileage.”

Are you someone who enjoys the open road or are you more of a point A to point B type of driver?

“I’m definitely a point A to point B driver. Driving isn’t really my thing and I’m usually pretty busy.”

“I have Sirius satellite radio. I listen to the Sinatra channel and Bluesville mostly.”

“My first car was a 1965 Gold Ford Mustang. It was definitely a great ride!”
