Ascentria Care Alliance Names Johnstone Exec. Vice President

Prior to joining Ascentria, Johnstone was the chief strategy officer for Hopelink, a large Seattle area community action agency. He also led the Clarity, Impact and Performance Project, a coalition of 53 anti-poverty agencies across Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
“We are excited about the contributions Tim will make. He has a great leadership background in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds, including anti-poverty projects. He will help us fulfill our promise to ‘empower people and strengthen communities’ with rigorous measurement of our programs," said Angela Bovill, president and CEO of Ascentria
Some of his prior roles include president of Johnstone Advantage Consulting Group, a boutique consulting firm that specialized in strategy and sales management, CEO of a specialty shoe manufacturer, senior vice president and division manager of a JP Morgan Chase unit, and vice president of operations and manufacturing of a telecommunications company. He also served on the boards of Express Advantage and The Prosperity Agenda.
Johnstone was the recipient of the 2015 Evergreen Award for outstanding leadership and a proven track record.
He and his wife lived in Redmond, Washington prior to coming to Worcester and have three grown children.
