Leominster Company Acquires Boxborough-Based All Seasons Limousine

Tuesday, September 01, 2015

On Monday, All Points Limousine of Leominster announced the acquisition of Boxborough-based All Seasons Limousine.

For All Points Limousine, the acquistion of two family-owned organizations nearly doubles All Points in size, increases the use of fuel-efficient hybird sedans, and increases its fleet to 20 hybrid luxury sedans, executive vans, mini-coaches and limousines

“This is an amazing opportunity for us, as the merger of these two family-owned companies will be absolutely seamless since we share the same philosophies of personal service, safety and community involvement,” said Becky Laramee, President of All Points Limousine. “I believe this new venture will help us to extend our core business into the growing areas of corporate transportation with excellent customer service.”

The company currently has 25 employees and Lamaree expects to add six to eight more employees to All Points Limousine over the next year.

Laramee and her brother John purchased All Points Limousine in 2008, and the company has been featured in Limousine, Charter & Tour Magazine.
