NEW: Jewelry “World” Comes to Cranston

Monday, March 21, 2011

Is the “world’s best strategic business location” right here in Rhode Island?

Giovanni Feroce CEO of Alex and Ani, the eco-jewelry firm,  evidently thinks so, and that is how he today described the site of Alex and Ani’s new “world headquarters” at 2000 Chapel View Boulevard in Cranston.

Chapel View (built by Carpionato Properties), is an historical landmark located in the heart of centrally located to most of the state’s major roadways and airport.  The new headquarters - a step up from their previous Cranston digs - will be a “sophisticated and stylish mixed-use facility; a multi-floor space featuring a state-of-the-art retail showroom, executive and administrative offices and a gathering suite for meetings and entertainment,” according to Feroce and Alex and Ani owner and designer Carolyn Rafaelian

Alex and Ani is an eco-friendly jewelry and lifestyle brand, known for their use of recycled materials and their personal and meaningful designs and packaging. Its products are designed and manufactured entirely in the United States, all in the greater Providence area.  It has recently been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine.
