U.S. Jobless Claims Remain Near 15-year Low

For the 36th consecutive week, first-time
claims for state unemployment benefits held under 300,000.
For the weekend ending November 7, the first-time claims for state unemployment benefits remained unchanged, coming in at 276,000 claims. The data came at the end of a positive month for labor market strength indicators, which included increased job growth and a seven-year low unemployment rate of 5 percent.
GoLocal and Graphiq teamed up to highlight the decline in the total U.S. unemployment level and provide a state-by-state context for unemployment rates.

Massachusetts has been ranked as the 5th most eco-friendly state in the country, according to a recent study by WalletHub.
Mass ranks tenth in environmental quality and fourth in Eco-Friendly Behaviors landing them in 8th overall.
Mass is behind Minnesota and New York who are in the fourth and third spots respectively, and in front of Washington and New Hampshire who come in at the six and seven spots.
