EVO Dining Named Worcester’s Best Overall Restaurant For 2nd Year

Friday, September 20, 2013

More awards for EVO Dining, the health-conscious, innovative restaurant in Worcester.

The awards keep on coming for Worcester’s health conscious dining mecca, EVO. The family-owned and operated establishment just picked up three more awards including Best Chef, Albert Maykel, Best Organic & Vegan Food and has kept its title as Worcester’s Best Overall Restaurant for the second year in a row.

Siblings Albert Maykel III and Celeste Maykel Zack recently received a Central MA Family Business Award from the Worcester Business Journal and Chef Maykel has won the title of Worcester Best Chef following the January Iron Chef Competition held at Mechanics Hall, also taking home People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice awards.

EVO Dining

Tucked away, EVO is quickly becoming a destination for diners seeking more of a say in what they eat. The formula has worked for this five-year old restaurant located on the corner of Park Ave and Chandler Street. EVO’s new menu, just freshened this month, features even more modification potential. Surveyed over the past six months, Worcester diners spoke up asking for more flexibility in their dining experience. EVO answered the call with more proteins, salad wraps and new ways to please Worcester diners.

EVO Dining offers a variety of menu options to please an array of tastes. The casual fine dining menu features award winning cuisine prepared with only the freshest natural and organic ingredients. To please steak lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free guests alike, menu items include signature sandwiches, gourmet pizzas and flavorful entrees. Breakfast menus are offered on weekends, too. A full bar complete with fresh wine selections, drafts, and delicious cocktails add to the fun.
