New Chef Brings Tradition to Allora
Monday, October 27, 2014
"I really want to get more people in to see what we're doing here," said Fioretti.
"We want people to see the difference when they get their plate - when everything is fresh and home-made that makes me really proud."
The pasta will all be made fresh, to compliment the from-scratch quality sauces, soups and desserts that Allora's new menu will offer.
The restaurant hopes to continue to bring "simplicity and freshness using only the highest quality ingredients and local, sustainable products" under Chef Simone's lead.
Fioretti has brought this fresh philosophy to other restaurants in Italy and Boston before, and plans to stress this standard in Marlborough.
The Chef believes that this fresh approach to Italian-American cuisine is what all good Italian food should be about.
"I'm looking to bring [Allora] up to the next level, and I want to get quality in the kitchen."
Allora Ristorante has welcomed their new chef with open arms, and Fioretti is working to make sure that the relationship he has garnered with Allora translates to the front of house service guests can expect when they dine.
With great food comes great ambition, just be sure to bring your appetite.
Allora is located at 139 Lakeside Avenue (Route 20) in Marlborough, MA and is open Monday-Friday: 11:30am-10:00pm and Saturdays: 4:00pm-10:00pm.
