The Alzheimer’s Association will host a free program on brain health education at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts. 

The program will take place on Tuesday, May 9 from 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. 

The Program 

The program titled “Healthier Living for Your Brain and Body” will address research in the areas of diet and nutrition, cognitive activity, and social engagement to promote a brain-health lifestyle. 

The program will provide tools to help incorporate recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
