Bike to Work Commuter’s Breakfast to Be Held in Worcester

Friday, May 08, 2015

As part of Bay State Bike Week, a Bike to Work Commuter's Breakfast will be held in Worcester at the Worcester Common behind City Hall on Friday May 15.

The breakfast is part of the annual statewide event which has planned activites across Massachusetts to encourage bicycle use and raise awareness about the benefits of commuting on a bicycle.

In celebration of community members that bicycle to work, the event will feature a healthy breakfast, prize giveaways and area vendors.

The Bike to Work Commuter’s Breakfast is sponsored by Walk Bike Worcester, the City of Worcester, and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission.

Bay State Bike Week is a partnership among MassDOT, the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike), and MassRIDES in collaboration with local advocacy leaders, bike shop owners, and bicycle users and enthusiasts.
