Reliant Medical Group is hosting a diabetes support groups next Tuesday to help educate consumers about diabetes.

The topics will cover choices to make which can improve health and quality of life. 

This month’s program is called “Back to Basics” and is hosted by Cathy Gervais, RN, CDE and Laura Z. Morris, RD, LDN, CDE. The program's discussion will feature topics such as: type 1 and type 2 diabetes, carbohydrate counting, monitoring blood sugar and the importance of testing.

This is an active discussion and family and friends are encouraged to atted the event on Tuesday, March 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

There is no charge for the event and it will be held at Reliant Medical Group, located at 666 Lincoln Street, Worcester, Mass.
