Harrington HealthCare’s Gorman Receives Outstanding Volunteer Award

Harrington HealthCare's Jon Gorman, RN, BSN, received an award for being an Outstanding Volunteer and having trained over 3,500 people in Hands-Only CPR in 2016.

The award was given out by the American Heart Association and presented to Gorman at the most recent New England Regional Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Committee meeting in New Hampshire.

Gorman is an employee with Harrington HealthCare System.

He teaches First Aid, CPR, ALS & BLS classes to healthcare providers and the community in general.

 

Central Mass Hospitals’ Grades for Safety

Just 50% of the Central Massachusetts hospitals scored a grade of A. The state average in the Commonwealth is just over 60%.
