Health Foundation Elects Community Members to Outreach Committee

The Board of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts recently elected the following individuals to serve a three-year term as Community Members on the Community Outreach Committee. Those members are Adrian L. Ford and Chelsey M. Patriss. 

Ford is the CEO at Three Pyramids, Inc. and co-founded the North Central Massachusetts Minority Coalition. 

Patriss is the Coordinator and Grants Manager for CHNA 9.

Other community members were selected to serve a second three-year term on the Communtity Outreach Committee. Those members are Evelyn Velez, South County Head Start Program at Worcester Community Action Council; and Shelly Yarnie, Regional Director, MDPH Central Regional Health Office.  Emily McRae, Consultant and Owner of Emily MacRae Enterprises; and Barbara A. Nealon, Director of Social Work & Multicultural Services at Heywood Hospital were elected to their third and final three-year term.

The Foundation was established in 1999 with the proceeds from the sale of Central Massachsuetts Health Care, Inc. The Foundation currently has assets of approximately $67 million and has awarded grants totaling over $34 millio
