Covering the Bases
Five different topics to aid survivors and their families cope have been planned: Good Nutrition for Cancer Survivors; Coping Strategies for Loss, Grief and Building a New Definition of Life; Genetic Testing: Do I Need It and What Does It Mean?; The Benefits of Exercise, and Ask the Doctor, Ask the Physical Therapist.

The 1 ½ hour lectures take place Thursday evenings April 14 through May 19 from 7-8:30pm at The Miriam Hospital’s Hurvitz Board Room, are free and open to the public. Free self-parking is available across from the hospital in Lot C. Free valet parking is also available across from the hospital at the parking booth in Lot B. Light refreshments will be served.
