Reliant Named Top Place to Work By Becker’s Healthcare
Wednesday, June 25, 2014
Several Boston-area organizations like Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Massachusetts Hospital, and Boston Medical Center made the list as well, but Reliant is the only provider in Central Massachusetts to earn the distinction.
“We have a remarkably dedicated workforce here at Reliant. Each day our physicians and employees at every level come to work with the intention of providing the best possible care to our patients in a collegial and respectful workplace,” says Armin Ernst, M.D., Reliant’s President and CEO. “This recognition from Becker’s validates what we at Reliant experience every day.”
Hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, vendors, and other healthcare organizations were all considered for this recognition. The recognition was based on benefits, workplace culture, professional development opportunities and previous recognition for workplace excellence.
