South County Physical Therapy Supports Auburn Chamber Health & Biz Expo

Sunday, March 06, 2016

South County Physical Therapy, Inc. will support the Auburn Chamber Health & Business Expo. The event will be held on March 22 at the Auburn/Webster Lodge of Elks on 754 Southbridge Street in Auburn.

The expo will provide individuals with free access to health experts from a wide range of industries. The most popular features of this three hour event are the complimentary health screenings and product samples that are provided onsite  from participating exhibitors.

“We look forward to joining this event every year. It aligns with the principles we advocate for on a daily basis to our patients and the community. Leading a healthy lifestyle is the single best preventative medicine for avoiding chronic health complications,” said South County Physical Therapy Inc.’s Executive Director Eric Cardin.

The theme of this year's event is "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right," and encourages everyone to get creative in the kitchen by using healthy alternatives to season and prepare wholesome meals.

“Consuming a nutritious diet helps to fuel performance and prevents exercise-related fatigue injuries, inflammation, and stress fractures,” said South County Physical Therapy Inc.’s Assistant Clinical Director of Auburn, Carla Faucher, PTA, STS.
