Worcester’s Reliant Medical Group To Host Diabetes Support Group

Reliant Medical Group will host a support group for those dealing with the challenges of diabetes on June 3.

Donny Chang, MD, an endocrinologist at Reliant Medical Group, will lead the conversation.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle

The session will lead patients, and their guests on maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order to control and prevent diabetes.

Guests are welcome to ask questions and talk about their own experiences in dealing with the disease.

The support group is from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at Reliant Medical Group on 666 Lincoln Street, Worcester. The event is free but an RSVP is required. Please call (508) 852-6175 for more information or to register for the session.
