I'm Della, and I'm friendly and fun! I'm about 6 years old, but I'm so active and playful that my foster mom thought I was much younger. I am also a snuggle bug and will lay on you for petting; my cheeks especially! I was adopted from another shelter by my previous owner about a year ago, but they couldn't keep me, so I need a new family again -- this time forever.

Tala is a 10 yr old DSH orange and white tiger. Personality is this boys middle name. He'll run from one end of the house to the other like someone is chasing him the n just plop down and nap. He has lived with cats and dogs his whole life, but will be much happier as an only pet. He likes kids too!

Brooks
Brooks is an 11 yr old DSH tuxedo. She is a sweet girl and loves other cats. Brooks isn't a big fan of being picked up or sitting in your lap, but she will sleep next to you at night and loves to follow you around the house. However she loves to play with her laser light toy and will chase a ball and bring it back to you.

Cheetah
Cheetah is one cool cat. He's 10 yrs old but acts like a 4 yr old. He's got the personality of a dog, he loves to be near you most of the time and will beg for snacks.
He and Brooks have been best friends for 10 years, and they definitely need to go home together. They love to snuggle up together. Cheetah is the more outgoing of the pair, but Brooks loves to follow him around.

Introducing Minnie! Minnie is a sweet, friendly older gal who is great with everyone! She came to Broken Tail Rescue after her longtime owner passed away. She was noticeably sad with the transition, but after a few days, she started showing her happy side.

Lily is a two year old female pittie mix who just joined Broken Tail Rescue! She's very new, but already her foster mom reports she loves people of all sizes, and seems to get along great with other dogs of all sizes. Lily loves to play--she enjoys hiking in, and running thru the snow, then coming inside to cuddle with her stuffed animals and people.

Gertrude
Gertrude is a 14 year old 6lb Chi who is looking for a retirement home to call her own. She is just about the sweetest dog you will ever meet and her favorite activity is snuggling on a warm lap underneath the blankets. She does not see or hear very well but she does not let that slow her down! She loves to wander all around the house and when she is done with her exercise routine she will come over to be picked up so she can take a nap on your nice warm lap.
