Romeo & Juliette

I'm Juliette (Jules for short) - the bee-you-tea-ful torite, and unlike many torties, I am sweet and adorable. The handsome tiger is my brother Romeo. That's right, we're siblings and.our foster mom gave us these names to show how bonded we are. We just turned 2 years old, and we still share the cat tree, and cuddle together on the bed. Also, I confess, I often still wash my brother's head - I want him to look his best when our new people are looking for us.

Han Solo & Chewbacca

Two kittens from a galaxy far, far away, Han and Chewy are still getting used to life in this strange place known as our adoption center. They enjoy gentle head scratches, but take a little time to get comfortable around new people. We are certain that these 2 will blossom into friendly, trusting kitties in a home that will give them a little time to adjust. They are about 6 months old.

Poe

I'm Poe, an 8-year-old black-brown tabby cat. Life is very scary for me right now. I lost my former home in sad circumstances and it's really hard for me to adjust. I'm learning how to feel safe and to trust humans again. I am used to living with other kitties; it's people and new places that are so hard for me. I need someone with a huge heart and a ton of patience because I may be a shadow under your bed for quite a while before I warm up and start to reveal the tender heart behind my scared eyes. Do you have room in your heart and home for this handsome boy?

Misty is a beautiful calico girl. She is very affectionate and craves human attention - she so wants to be part of a family! She walks around the house making chirpy noises! She loves the sun, sitting in paper bags, looking out the window and chasing her own tail.

Della

I'm Della, and I'm friendly and fun! I'm about 6 years old, but I'm so active and playful that my foster mom thought I was much younger. I am also a snuggle bug and will lay on you for petting; my cheeks especially! I was adopted from another shelter by my previous owner about a year ago, but they couldn't keep me, so I need a new family again -- this time forever. I don't love other cats, but I live with one now, and we mostly just ignore each other. I'm diabetic, but don't let that faze you! I just need a quick insulin shot twice a day at mealtimes, and they're not hard to give. And I'm worth it!

Brady

Brady is a 4 year old Shih Tzu who is looking for his special person. He weighs about 15 lbs. Brady is a special dog who has some fear issues. He wags his tail and is extremely friendly with most people, but sometimes he gets spooked. He has been very friendly, but also timid with his foster mom who is going slow with him and letting him adjust to life outside the shelter. He is mostly housetrained.

Buster

Here's Buster Wigglebutt! Buster is HAPPY! He is a friendly, happy, 60lb, 5 year old Basset Hound/ Black Lab mix. He is housebroken and crate trained. He has been great with every dog that he's met while on walks, at the dog park and at doggie daycare. But as much as he loves other dogs, we think he would rather be the one and only pet in his new home.

Esmerelda

I'm Esmerelda! They tell me I'm a 5 year old Cocker Pug weighing around 37 lbs. I am a super-snuggler (My foster mommy nicknamed me Love Bug even!) and would prefer to be your only pet so that I can get your lap all to myself. It took a few days, but now I love my foster parents, especially when they let me jump up on their couch. I jump right up to flop over for belly rubs. I also love curling up next to my foster mommy in bed (*shhh* daddy doesn't know).

Max

I'm Max! I'm a happy 5 year old chihuahua boy, weighing in at 10 lbs and looking for a great home to call my own. I love to be near my people. I walk nicely on a leash, but I don't necessarily need a ton of outdoor exercise to be happy-- I'm happy to prance around and play with my toys indoors. And best of all it's a lot warmer inside.

Colbie

My name is Colbie and I am an absolutely gorgeous Australian shepherd/Malamute mix. I am 5 years old and love people. Because I am a big girl (75 lbs) and love to put my paws up to give you a hug, I may not be the best choice for a home with small kids. I wouldn't mean to hurt them but I might knock them down in my enthusiasm to get and give love. I like male dogs but they need to be medium to large in size so I understand that they are dogs and not toys. Little dogs look a lot like my plush toys and I may try to play with them in the same way.
