Jay

Jay is an 80 lb yellow lab who is a fabulous family dog fully house trained and just waiting to find his forever home. He’s about 10 years young and he loves his people so much he's looking for a family that can spend a lot of time with him or a family that has other animals to keep him company because he gets a little lonely and anxious when he is all by himself. Jay is a big strong boy and can sometimes get a little excited on walks so he may benefit from some general obedience training. Jay is calm and a bit of a couch potato in the house but he has a lot of energy outside and very excitable with new people and animals. He is fine in his crate but he would much rather be sleeping in your bed or on the couch. He just had a full physical and he is very healthy and his blood work looks great. He just needs to be on some antibiotics for anaplasma it’s about a 30 day treatment and he can take his meds on to his new home since it’s nothing very serious.

Hey everyone it’s Action Jackson and I’m here to tell you a little bit about myself and my ideal family. I am a handsome and energetic 4 year old Brindle American Staffordshire Terrier. My foster dad says if I was an action figure my tail would be sold separately but I’m not quite sure what he means. All I know is if I’m happy and I know it I wag my tail!

Pretzel

My name is Pretzel and I’m a dapper, young, 55lb male pit bull mix just looking for my happily ever after. I’m a very excitable guy and I just want to see and do everything I can. I haven’t had much experience with different things but boy do I want to learn! I had an evaluation done before I came to my foster home and the nice lady said I did very well with all of the tests. All I know is they kept giving me some yummy treats so I was in heaven. I would do whatever you wanted for yummy treats.

Snoopy

Snoopy is an 8 year old chihuahua that came from a local shelter . He is shy and scared of a lot of things but that doesn't stop him from being affectionate and wanting to be near you. Snoopy just needs a little time to warm up and he is your best friend. He does bark when new people come in the home then he is fine after that. He isn't a barker otherwise. Snoopy will follow you everywhere, loves walks, is good in the car and is perfect in the puppy pen at night. He is house broken. Snoopy does great with other dogs. He hasn't shown any interest as of yet to play with them but he is friendly. Snoopy hasn't been around young children.

Binx

Binx is a pretty young lady who was found outside- she is happy to be indoors on these frigid winter nights! Binx lets you know when she wants pets and when she wants her space. She has a very healthy appetite for cat food but not for other cats!

Dandy

Dandy is a strikingly handsome 1 - 2 year old boy who needs a special home.

Dandy was taken from a hoarder home where he was living with 68 cats. Though amazingly healthy for being around so many other cats, he was undersocialized to people. He has spent many months in his foster home learning how to trust. His new home will need to continue to work with him to teach him how great people are.

Ozzie is a sweet 3 year old boy. He is initially shy then warms up quickly for pets. He loves to roll on his back in a pile of catnip. Ozzie came from a home with other cats.

Sophie

Sophie is a black and white female who was surrendered with her brother, Scottie (also black and white).

Sophie and Scottie are gentle cats who were initially shy in the Adoption Center. Now that they've moved to a homier environment with a foster mom and a couple of resident cat siblings to show them the ropes, they are blossoming into happy, loving kitties who like to chase and play. Sophie also likes to roll over for belly rubs and Scottie is a lovebug!

Muffy

Muffy is an adorable senior kitty with a calm and quiet demeanor. She loves curling up by her human on the couch and begging for attention. Muffy is still a kitten at heart. She loves jumping around with a toy mouse or ball, and comes running when she hears the treat bag.
