My name is Callie and I’m a 50lb black lab mix. I am young at heart, but the vet thinks I’m between 9 and 11 years old. My fur may be graying, but it's like the saying goes: you are only as young as you feel! I have lots of energy to do all sorts of fun things with you and I love EVERYTHING. Need to get outside for some exercise? Let's go for walks or hikes! Wanna stay inside? I love to play with my toys or cuddle with you after a long day! Need a traveling companion?

Sam

Sam is estimated to be 4 years old and weighs 14 lbs. He is a bit larger than your average Chihuahua, and may be a German Pinscher mix. He is new to his foster home but so far he has been an excellent houseguest. He is very friendly with the dogs in the home and even plays here and there.

Cubby

Here's Cubby! This senior gentleman is looking for a special home that will love him. He is an odd and very lovable dog! He's 13 years old and came to us after his owner fell ill and could no longer care for him. At first glance, he is an older gentleman but then he gets into these brief and sudden moves where he jumps up like a senior kangaroo.

Joey

Hi, my name is Joey and I'm an 18 month old Hound mix. At about 35 pounds I am the perfect medium sized companion. I love being outside, going swimming and playing with other dogs! I also like to follow my foster mom around so I don't miss anything. I am crate trained and enjoy playing fetch in the yard.

Coco

My name is Coco and I'm a 4 year old Pomeranian with an under bite nobody can resist. While I do love attention I get nervous around new people. If you are patient and give me the time I need to get to know you I will steal your heart. I would do best in a quieter home without small children.

Callie Ducain

Callie ( or Miss Ducain) is a sweet gal. Her owner had to have life saving surgery and due to the after care conditions of surgery he was not able to care for her. Miss Ducain loves other cats, but can be very shy with people until she is comfortable with you.

Allie

Allie is a beautiful little all black, adult, short-haired girl.

Allie is shy at the moment, but full of interest in everything. She's beginning to warm up and if you go slow (and offer her food) she might give you some headbutts and accept a pat.

In the words of one of our volunteers: When she gets a chance to decompress, watch out - we have the makings of a great little cat here!

Winston

Winston is a 4 or 5-year-old male shorthair brown tabby who came to BTR as an owner surrender.

Winston is a very friendly cat. He has a few extra pounds to lose and a sore tail from an old injury. He does well with other cats after a proper introduction and we know that he will be a wonderful companion.

Eliza

Eliza is a 6 yr old gal that is as gorgeous as she is smart. She's your typical cat, does what she wants when she wants. Some of her favorite things are playing with her feather toys, napping in bed with you, and being a couch potato while watching tv with her people. Like many cats, she isn't a big fan of being picked up or being groomed so a home with no young children would be best for her.

Romeo & Juliette

I'm Juliette (Jules for short) - the bee-you-tea-ful torite and the handsome tiger is my brother Romeo. That's right, we're siblings and.our foster mom gave us these names to show how bonded we are. We're just about 2 years old, and we still share the cat tree, and cuddle together on the bed.
