Jackson

I am Jackson, a 4 year old American Staffordshire Terrier. I have been DNA tested and am 100% pure. I have a handsome brindle coat and am described as a very loving boy. As big and strong as I am, I have to admit that children scare me. They are fast, noisy and unpredictable and I just don't know what that is all about. Adult company is what I crave. I am a man's man but I love the ladies too. My foster folks are still getting to know me so are not yet sure how I would be with other dogs or cats.They think an adult home with a fenced yard would be perfect for me.

Jada

Jada is the most adorable 43lb, 7 year old pocket pittie you will ever meet. Jada is extremely people friendly and gets along with everyone immediately. She wins everyone over with her sweet demeanor and unconditional love. If you are looking for a cuddle partner, look no further - Jada is your girl! Jada thinks she is a lap dog and will curl up on your lap or wrap herself in blankets to take a nap.

Rusty

Rusty is a sweet little guy who loves to cuddle. He's five years old and only seven lbs. He's new to rescue so we're learning his personality as time goes by. He seems to be housebroken and loves to go for walks. Rusty is a friendly guy who gets along with everyone.

Wijo

Hello I'm Wijo, I am a 2 year old, 11 lb Poodle mix who just wants a relaxing forever home where I can snuggle. I don't need much in the way of walks and I mostly play with my foster brother when I am not sleeping on my foster fathers lap. I prefer a quieter environment where I can explore at my own pace because new or exciting things make me nervous. Younger children would have a hard time being my friend and I've never lived with a cat. I have all my shots, I am neutered and I do have a micro-chip. The adoption fee is $350.

Haley

Haley loves all people and is so smart she's hanging out at Harvard! Haley enjoys playing with toys, eating treats, and learning her leash manners. She would make a great companion for a family with kids 12 and older, as in her excitement for life she might knock down a younger child. Haley has lived with cats in her foster home, and while she's interested in them, her approach is curiosity. While Haley gets along with other dogs her preference is for them to have mellow personality.

Ferdinand

I'm Ferdinand. I'm really shy at first when I meet you. I might find one place where I feel safe and just tuck in there, finding my very own cat condo. I might be hard to see out and about during the day. But don't let that fool you! I'm super food motivated so you can start to draw me out with treats - but don't feed me too many - I have a tendency to be a bit overweight. I like my wet food too! I'm curious about play and interactive toys. I like to play on my own with bent pipe cleaners, throwing them up in the air and catching them.

Mo is a 12 years young gentle tabby. She loves laps and getting pets and purrs all the time.

Olivia is a 5 year old who was found running around on snowbanks in Everett. She is a little shy but excited to have a warm, safe place to call home.

Puma

Puma is a very striking black cat with amber undertones and one of the most playful 10 year olds you'll ever meet. He does not act his age at all - you may come home to find him exploring a cabinet and he likes to bat at unsuspecting feet as they go by. He came to Broken Tail Rescue covered in fleas and scabs from itching but he's recovered to reach his full handsome potential. He loves to be brushed and has about 15 favorite toys, though his favorites are the cat dancer and small mice. He's got a loud purr that hardly ever stops.

Finley

Finley is a 3 year old black and white male cat. He is a bit nervous when he first meets new people or moves to a new home, but once he feels comfortable he transforms into a gentle and sweet guy. Finley is currently living with 3 roommates and loves everyone. He enjoys cuddling up on beds and getting love, but when his foster parents aren't home, he can easily entertain himself. Finley is looking forward to settling into his forever home and having a family to call his own.
