Samantha
Samantha is a beautiful, friendly little lady! She is GREAT with dogs and cats! She tries to play with them, but is respectful when they tell her to "back off." Samantha is estimated to be about 8 years old, but she LOVES to play with her toys and chase after them. She appears to be mostly housebroken - she lets her foster mom know when it's time - but she arrived to our rescue with a urinary tract infection (cleared up now with antibiotics!), so we assume the few tiny accidents she had inside the house was due to that. Samantha is an active dog that loves being around her foster family.

I’m an 8 year old, 16 lb poodle mix, but my foster mom thinks I look like a fluffy teddy bear! I love going for long walks, I’m great with other dogs, I’m good in my crate, I am fully housebroken and love to play outside, and nothing beats a good treat! But, I don’t like cats. At all. No cats in a house for me! And something happened in my past that makes me very wary of new people.

Maddie
I'm Maddie! I'm a loving 45lb, 3.5 year old Whippet/Pitbull mix. Not to brag, but I am extremely smart. I am house-trained, crate-trained, and know many commands; sit, down, paw, wait. I'm willing to learn more too if you have a treat, a toy, or some love- I'm not picky. I also love walks and can go for miles and miles. I do not pull on my leash because I want to be right next to you the whole time, not in front. What kind of walk would it be if I'm not even next to you?! This makes me a great running partner! I sometimes get a little too excited if I see something cool, but with a little reminding I'm right back at your side.
