Allie

Allie is kind of a diva in the best way possible. She is very curious- she likes to follow you around the house and prefers affection in small doses. She is on the smaller side with a beautiful, soft calico coat that barely sheds.

Babs

Let this charming, quirky girl get to know you and become your lifelong friend!

Babs was surrendered by her previous owners when a relative moved into the house and was allergic to her. She is wonderfully playful and particularly loves her "bird-on-a-string" feather toy, and is not shy about showing it off! When around her favorite toy, she will go into an affectionate frenzy, rolling around, showing off her belly, and rubbing herself on her toy, your legs, and everything around you. She also loves treats!

Earl

Earl is the sweetest cat around and is estimated to be about 7 years old. He enjoys gazing out the window and sleeping at the foot of your bed. He loves nothing more than to get head and chin scratches and if you scratch his upper shoulders you’ll get to hear his nice low rumble of a purr that doesn't stop! Once you get Earl purring from pets and scratches he will usually beg for more! He is a great companion for someone who likes a cat who is always lounging near by, but not always on your lap. He is affectionate and when he wants your attention he will come to you, but also he takes much content in just being in the room with you. He also enjoys being brushed and the Furminator is his favorite.

Midnight

Midnight is an adorable kitty who is all black, from the tip of her nose to the pads on her paws. She is approximately six months old and still enjoys being a playful little kitten who loves to carry her toys from room to room, though also spends plenty of time curled up and purring. She is sleek and soft, and loves to be pet. This tiny little bundle enjoys being in the same room with people, so will make a great companion. As far as meowing, she never makes a peep, though you will hear her frolic and play around the house.

Oreo

Oreo is a lovely six month old black and white tuxedo cat with handsome white whiskers. He has been working on coming out of his shell, but is still quite timid. Although he is shy, he loves chasing feather toys and often can be coaxed to play. He is especially receptive to being pet while being fed. He has been making progress in his foster home and often finds places to curl up and keep watch nearby, wherever the action is. He needs someone who is going to be patient and understanding as he works to build a bond with a forever family.

Perla

Who needs an adorable 9 month old-terrier puppy in their life? After three days, her foster family concluded, she's perfect.

She is housetrained, rarely barks, loves everyone, great with cats and dogs, and is super friendly and social. She will most likely do best in a family with another dog for company or with someone who is home most of the day as she does not like to be alone.

Sassy

This little girl is Sassy, an 11-14 year old Chihuahua who weighs just under four pounds. Sassy is an absolute love who wants nothing more than to crawl into a lap and cuddle. She also still has a good amount of spunk though too and will run around outside playing with kids and soaking up their attention. Sassy is good with dogs, cats and kids but can be a little in-your-face with larger dogs when she is on the couch or around food. For this reason her ideal home would be with someone where she can be the only dog or with another small dog. She likes being with people so someone who is home frequently and not gone from the home for 8+ hours a day five days a week is required. Also, because she can be quite vocal she will only be adopted to a home where there are no shared walls with neighbors unless you own the apartment the neighbors live in.

My name is Simba, and I’m looking for a quiet household to call home! I came from living with the same nice man my entire life, but when he became hospitalized for a long-term illness, he sadly had to ask Broken Tail Rescue to find me a new family.

Snoopy

Snoopy is a 5 year old chihuahua that came from a local shelter . He is shy and scared of a lot of things but that doesn't stop him from being affectionate and wanting to be near you. Snoopy just needs a little time to warm up and he is your best friend. He does bark when new people come in the home then he is fine after that. He isn't a barker otherwise. Snoopy will follow you everywhere, loves walks, is good in the car and is perfect in the puppy pen at night. He is house broken. Snoopy does great with other dogs. He hasn't shown any interest as of yet to play with them but he is friendly. Snoopy hasn't been around young children.
