Leo was rescued from a neighborhood where the kids scream at the cats and throw rocks at them, so you can understand why it takes him a few moments to relax with new people.

Diva is a friendly lady who is very easygoing. She loves being gently petted and brushed, and if she gets excessively happy she even drools a little. She’s a little shy, but with time, she comes out of her shell. She likes to run around, play with fuzzy toys, and roll balls around the floor.

I'm about 8 years old and weigh 13 lbs. I'm housebroken and sleep quietly in my crate. I'd rather be an "only" because I'm jealous of the other dogs. I don't know about cats but I would probably be OK with them.

Chloe came to the rescue with her brother, Coleman, and they are a bonded duo. They are like a little old couple who are set in their ways and can sometimes be grumpy with each other. The two of them don't like to share their food (with each other or other animals), so their breakfast and dinner plates are set at opposite sides of the room to prevent conflict. Chloe and her brother enjoy playing tag together and will chase each other back and forth until they tire themselves out--it's truly adorable to watch. This pair would love a quiet forever home where they can go for walks, help out in the garden, and share a couch cushion with their person.

Meet Pumba! He is a Shep-a-Doodle, a Shepherd and Poodle mix. Pumba is estimated to be 7 years old and weighs about 35 lbs. His fur is a grey / brindle / white and grows long on the top and short on the sides. His underbite is incredible, his temperament is amazing, and he is so ugly he is cute.

Pumba loves to go for walks and is working on his leash manners. He is so excited to go go go that he does pull a bit. He is almost fully housetrained and loves to run around the yard at his foster home. Pumba knows how to sit and takes treats very gently. He has been great with most dogs he has met. Pumba seems to get along better with dogs that are his size and smaller. He absolutely LOVES his foster mom and dad, and he is good when new people come over.
