Joseph

My name is Joseph! I'm about 13 weeks old, and 3.5 lbs. I also hapeen to be quite handsome, with a beautiful coat and a leapord-spotted belly. I'm not *technically* related to my 3 littermates (Minnie, Micky, and Goofy) but I get along really well with them regardless. I'm a very affectionate boy - I can be pretty vocal about getting attention from you if I think you're ignoring me! I'm a sweet and gentle tabby, but I also love to play (with humans and with my foster-siblings). I need to go home with one of my brothers and sisters, or to a home with another friendly kitty. While my foster parents don't know how I would do with dogs, I get along fine with other adult cats.

Buddy

We get by with a little help from our friends, but to really THRIVE you need a Buddy. Lucky for you, that’s my name and I’m looking for a home! I ended up with the nice folks at Broken Tail Rescue when my people moved away and just left me and my feline siblings behind. I know … pretty crummy, but my faith in the human race was restored by a nice neighborhood couple who fed me on their porch, gave me my present name, and even bought me a nice fluffy bed that keeps me toasty warm. That bed came with me to my foster home, and I am rather attached to it, so it will be coming with me when I get adopted. Gosh I hope that will be soon. My foster mom is great, but I really want a home to call my own.

Dave

My name is Dave, and I am one of the sweetest kittens out there! I love to be picked up and snuggled and even held like a baby. Like all young'uns, I am also very playful!

My sister Donna and I are very attached to one another and get upset when we are not with each other, so we have to go home together. Two kittens are better than one!

Ted

Ted is a handsome, adult, black and white boy.

He was a bit reserved when he first came to us but he's really starting to open up and he's a love!

He's also a talker (with a bit of a high-pitched voice) and loves to say hello, ask for pets, and let you know he'd like more food. One of our volunteers describes Ted as "a real sweetheart with a most unmanly meow."

My name is Donna, and I am one of the sweetest kittens out there! I really love people and being held and cuddled. I am definitely a lap cat, just like my brother Dave.

Hi, I'm Charlie! I am an active, energetic, super fun 1 year old chihuahua mix. I'm like those concentrated laundry detergents: in just 12 lbs you get all the energy of a large-sized dog, but I'm easier to carry home. I am housebroken, crate trained, neutered, and up to date on my shots, so I'm all set to find a great new home.

Jack

Hi everyone! I'm JACK, a very happy 2 year old chihuahua mix with a cool black coat that looks brindled when the sun hits it. I don't want to brag, but people tell me I'm a pretty awesome little pup. I am completely housebroken and crate trained- no accidents for me! I love running around and playing silly dog games with my foster buddies. I have also been perfecting my fetch skills and I am kind of a pro now! I am not just all about action though- I also appreciate quiet time relaxing on the couch, chewing my toys and amusing myself. Did I mention I really LOVE my people? I especially love to snuggle with my foster Moms 13 year old daughter, who lets me sleep with her every night. I am very gentle with my foster family but their cats...not so much. I can't help it I am just wired to chase them. I am getting a little better at this but I probably should live in a cat free home.

Mika

Mika is a 6 year old, 40 pound, well mannered and friendly
girl. She is a mix— we think maybe hound and pit bull, definitely
100% pure sweetness. She likes to go for walks, ride in the car, and
of course hang out on the couch. She is loving the warm weather, and
likes to roll in the grass and soak up the sun. She loves people, and
is really wonderful with kids.

Reggie

Reggie is a seven month old sweetheart who weighs 45 pounds. Just look at that adorable face - his spots look black in the photos but they are actually blue. Reggie gets along well with most dogs (he doesn't like dogs constantly barking in his face, who would?!?!) and he's been introduced to a cat who doesn't run from dogs and he didn't mind the cat at all. Reggie rides fabulously in the car and he is wonderful in his crate.

Bailey

Hi! My name is Bailey and I am a 6 year old, 16 pound pure bred Cairn terrier. I am a very handsome guy, if I do say so myself! I love playing with other dogs and all toys, especially the ones to tug. My foster mom says that I am such a friendly boy that I would most likely get along great with kids. I am housebroken and walk nicely on my leash. I slept all through the night in the big bed on my very first night in my foster home.
