Wings of Freedom - World War II Aircraft Show

Worcester Regional Airport - 375 Airport Drive, Worcester

2 PM to 4:30 PM

In honor of WWII Veterans, the Collings Foundation's Wings of Freedom Tour will be bringing extremely rare bomber and fighter aircraft to Worcester as part of a 110-city nationwide tour.

From September 25 to September 27, Worcester's airport will host the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, Consolidated B-24 Liberator, B-25 Mitchell and North American P-51 Mustang

The WINGS OF FREEDOM TOUR will arrive at Worcester Regional Airport at 2 PM on September 25 and will be on display at main ramp at Worcester Regional Airport until the aircraft departs September 27 after 4:30 PM.

3rd Annual Auburn Rocket Race for Auburn Youth and Family Services

"This race features a 10k, 5k, and 1k Fun Run (kids under 10 only, please). The race starts and ends at Auburn High School, and this year we are pleased to announce RaceWire timing for real-time splits and Top Finisher results. In addition to the run, we will also have a bounce-house, FREE Coco's Ice (1 free per child under 17 registered for the race, additional servings for purchase) other healthy activities for kids. Jake from the Worcester Bravehearts will be around to help our runners warm up, cheer on the kids, and give away Bravehearts tickets to a few lucky participants.
