Czech National Symphony at Mechanics Hall

The Czech National Symphony presents "100 Years of Leonard Bernstein" for Music Worcester's 2nd symphonic presentation of the year.

The program features the Overture from Candide, Dances from West Side Story. selections from Trouble in Tahiti & Songfest, and Meditations from Mass, as well as mezzo-soprano soloist Isabel Leonard.

Dinner in a Country Village at Old Sturbridge Village

Enjoy a unique opportunity to prepare and eat a meal as early New Englanders did. Participants gather in the Parsonage, where costumed interpreters oversee the preparations, but the guests do the roasting, baking, and mulling.

Roast meat using a tin reflector oven, fire a brick bake oven, and mull spiced cider over the hearth before sitting down to enjoy the delicious results, all by candlelight.

The event goes from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Worcester Center for Crafts Pasta Dinner

The Worcester Center for Crafts will host a pasta dinner on Saturday, March 2 to benefit the center. 

The night will feature a handmade plate of pasta by Ciao Bella and an auction. 

The event begins at 6:15 p.m. and $45 for adults and $10 per plate for children. 

Guests are also invited to enjoy the final day of the Portraits in Masculinity exhibit, featuring photos by Eric Nichols.

Worcester Chamber Music Society - Vampires and Crocodiles, a free family concert

This fun-filled show for the whole family includes the strange and fascinating story of innocent Lucy and the mesmerizing Count in a Transylvanian Tale full of mists and mysterious castles.

Then, as a joyful contrast, we dance with Crocodile River Music, an African ensemble that will have you singing and swaying to the wild entrancing rhythms of the jungles and savannahs. With the youthful sounds of our own Neighborhood Strings, you have a concert not to miss!
