St. Paddy's Day Celebration at Worcester Common Oval 

Get the the Saint Patrick's Day celebration started at Worcester Common Oval on Friday night. 

Admission is FREE.  

The celebration will include food trucks and lawn games as well as live music by Irish Band Ladd, MacLeod, Guertin, & a performance by the McInerney Dancers.

Harlem Globetrotters at DCU Center 

The Harlem Globetrotters will be performing some march madness of their own when they take the court at the DCU Center on Saturday. 

The Globetrotters will play two games, the first going from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the second one going from 7 p.m. to 10 pm.

Maple Days at Old Sturbridge Village 

Old Sturbridge Village will show off the history of New England's maple industry during its Maple Days celebrations.

The Village's costumed historians will show off the maple sugaring process of the early 19th century at a working sugar camp, and also show how maple surging has changed over the years through a scavenger hunt.

Helmutt on the Move at Worcester Art Museum  

Helmutt is an armor-wearing boar hound statue; his armor is based on the plate dog armor of a hunting hound of Emperor Charles V. Leonard Heinrich, who was the armorer at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, made Helmutts armor as a gift to John Woodman Higgins in 1942.

The exhibit is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
