Glass Blowing Pumpkins at New Street Glass Studio
Get into the Halloween spirit while getting a taste of the art of glassblowing in this one night course.
After learning the safety precautions, students will choose their own colors and instructors will guide the class through the steps from gathering to applying colors, from blowing out the bubble to spinning it open to create each unique floppy shape. No experience is necessary and all materials are included.
The cost of the course is $90.

Multi-Award winning New England Entertainer Dale LePage will perform at Basil n' Spice, Thai Cuisine on Friday night starting at 6:30 p.m. and going to 9:30 p.m.
The cost of the show is FREE.
LePage is a two time Male Jazz Vocalist of the Year winner at the New England Music Awards, a nominee for the Boston Entertainer of the Year nominee and a Landmark Readers Poll Favorite TV Personality of Central Massachusetts Award winner.

Bostwick is best known for playing Brad Majors in the 1975 Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Relay For Life 5K to Scare Away Cancer
The Relay for Life 5k to scare away cancer takes place on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Publick House.
The race includes a one-mile fun run will begin at 9:30 a.m. The race will begin at 10 a.m., and participants are encouraged to run, walk or crawl through the easy 3.1-mile course that loops around the Publick House. T-shirts will be given to the first 100 people to register.
Prizes for the top runners will be awarded, and the event will include a costume contest, raffles and more.
The race is sponsored by the American Cancer Society and costs $25 to participate.
