Rock & Shock at DCU Center 

Rock and Shock returns to the DCU Center in Worcester all weekend long presenting a horror convention during the day and by night, a rock concert series. 

Guests include Skeet Ulrich (pictured) from shows such as Law and Order: LA, As Good As it Gets and Jericho, and Courtney Gaines from the movie Children of the Corn.

The Light the Night Walk is an evening walk that celebrates and commemorates the lives of those who have been touched by cancer. 

Funds raised by participants support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Societies mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkins disease and myeloma.

United Way 5K Run/Walk 

The first annual United Way 5K is set to take place on Saturday starting at 9 a.m.  

The run/walk will begin and end at the United Way of Tri-County, located at 46 Park Street in Framingham. 

The 3.1 mile course will be supported with water stops and route support, and will take runners and walkers through Framingham and around Farm Pond.

Race start time is 9:00 am, check-in/registration begins at 7:30 am.
