Special Film Event: Jeff Rapsis "Organizes" the Russian Revolution

An intense drama about a high-ranking military officer in Tsarist Russia reduced to playing an extra in 1920s Hollywood, The Last Command is an example of the “Russian Revolution” movies produced by Hollywood which made use of the then-recent upheaval in Russia as a background for romantic drama.

Jeff Rapsis is a composer and performer who specializes in creating live musical accompaniment for silent films.

He will offer commentary on the era and the film, and will lead a post-film Q&A.

Peter Rabbit Puppet Show 

Join in for The Tale of Peter Rabbit presented by Pumpernickel Puppets.   While visiting, you can also enjoy the instrument petting zoo, hosted by The Afternoon Tunes Outreach Program at All Saints, Pakachoag student, and faculty musicians, organ and choir music, and lemonade in the courtyard.  For over 35 years, Pakachoag has been a leader in early childhood music education; and now, we're celebrating our new home in the heart of Worcester.
