15 Great Spring + Summer Music Festivals in New England
Saturday, April 19, 2014
While we are all familiar with the mainstream national festivals like Lollapalooza in Chicago, Coachella in California, or Bonaroo in Tennessee, there are many great music festivals featuring local musicians--and national acts--right in our backyard.
Ever wanted to see Rusted Root live in concert? Well, they will be on the main stage at the Strange Creek Campout in May in Greenfield. Or head down to Newport to see Reggae legend Jimmy Cliff AND New England's own Deer Tick at the Newport Folk Festival in July.
From folk to jazz, hard rock to blues, New England's music festival scene has something for everyone.
Find out more about 15 great New England spring and summer music festivals in the slides below.
