This weekend Summer Tubing opens at Ski Ward in Shrewsbury. It isn't wet, but it's so much fun and one of the only places where you can find this exciting summer activity. Bring the family down on weekends until June 21st and then they are open Wednesday-Sunday. Visit http://www.skiward.com for hours of operation and admission prices.

Learn about different kinds of arms and armor used by knights and soldiers at a fun and interactive program on Sundays at 12:30PM and 2:30PM at the Worcester Art Museum, 55 Salisbury Street in Worcester. The kids will love Theatreworks USA presentation of Seussical being hosted by Mechanics Hall on Main Street in Worcester. The production is adapted from the Broadway version especially for young audiences. The production is showing on May 21st at 10:00AM and again at 12:15PM. On Saturday May 17th and Saturday May 24th from 11:00AM - 2:00PM visit the Canal District Farmer's Market at Crompton Collective, 138 Green Street, Worcester. Vendors include: Coffee, tea, soaps, produce, meats, eggs, honey, maple syrup, potted plants, herbs, microgreens, baked goods, homemade pasta and cheese, wine, gluten free/vegan/paleo vendors, alpaca fiber (and a visit from the Alpacas provided the weather is good), dog treats, fresh cut flowers and live music! They will also have a Tarot Card reader and chair massages. On May 31st, the weekly farmer's market moves outdoors and begins at 9AM-12PM every Saturday all summer long!

On Saturday, May 17th from 9:00AM-1:00PM, bring the family to the Municipal Highway Garage, 211 South Street in Shrewsbury for Kid's Equipment Day! Kids can see the town's big trucks and equipment up close. Don't forget to bring your camera!
