Thursday, March 05, 2015
“The Ninety Nine and Wachusett Brewing Company are iconic brands throughout New England, and we have had a strong working relationship with Wachusett for over 20 years. It was only natural that we collaborate and create something unique for the Ninety Nine” said Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub President, Charlie Noyes. “We are excited to join forces with an innovative company who is as passionate as we are to create a unique new beer for our guests. I know that they will enjoy the refreshing flavor of our very own Horseshoe Ale.”
Horseshoe Ale is brewed exclusively for the Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub by Wachusett Brewing Company and is a high-quality American Pale Ale. Wachusett tested a few varieties of the American Pale Ale to get it perfect for the Ninety Nine guests. This ale was selected by Ninety Nine Restaurant guests for its "smooth, refreshing and complex elements." The craft beer is made with over 12 high-quality ingredients featuring Citra, Centennial, and Cascade Hops.
