Condit: Have Some Fun and Share the Love!

Friday, June 12, 2015

The marketing department of The Hanover Theatre has been busy planning a spring soiree to celebrate the new season ahead, and this is one party theatre enthusiasts and supporters want to be sure to attend.

If you find yourself in the midst of making plans to get other couples and people organized for outings, then you’ll be interested in the group incentives and prizes. (After all, most group rates start with ten or more people, and that is an easy number to gather with a little advance notice.) Or perhaps your company is always looking for a fun outing or a nice way to reward employees, valued customers, and impress prospects. Regardless, the theatre has the best of award-winning Broadway, music, comedy, dance, and oh so much more coming in the 2015-2015 season.

The Spring Soiree on Monday, June 15 from 5-7pm is an engaging way to learn more about the 2015-2016 Broadway Series and share the love of the performing arts with your circle of contacts. You’ll have the time of your life as we celebrate the season ahead at Nuovo Restaurant on Worcester’s Shrewsbury Street. Loreta Gjonca put together a tasty sampling of complimentary appetizers for us to nibble and themed drinks to enjoy at the cash bar. Since most people can’t help but tap their feet to the beat of at least of few songs from shows including Saturday Night Fever, Dirty Dancing, and 42nd Street, Jennifer Agbay (director of Ballet Arts Worcester and long-term theatre partner) is going to teach us some moves to help us all shine on the dance floor. And yes, there will be prizes distributed throughout the evening.

The Hanover Theatre’s Spring Soiree is also a good opportunity to learn about potential partnerships and cooperative marketing opportunities for local companies and organizations interested in working more closely with the theatre in the season ahead. What better way to spark interest in new and creative ways to work with the theatre than with a trip to our Broadway Series-inspired photo booth? Before you know it, everyone will be laughing, dancing, and planning ahead to share their love of the performing arts with friends, family and co-workers at one of Pollstar’s top 50 theatres worldwide. Together, we’ll all enjoy the magic of experiencing the new Worcester!

This is a free event, but space is limited, and you must RSVP before Friday, June 12 at noon.
