Food for Thought Film Fest Set to be Held at Fruitlands Museum

The Food for Thought Film Series will take place at Fruitlands Museum over the winter and will show five documentary films that explore environmental stewardship, community building and the quest for human expression. 

Each film will be screened on four Wednesdays, January 13, February 13, March 2 and March 23 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. with a special family edition being held on Sunday, December 20 from 1 to 4 p.m.

After the screening, viewers will consider and talk about the important questions raised by the films. 

The film schedule is as follows 

  • March of the Penguins - Sunday, December 20th from 1-2:30 p.m.
  • Tiny: A story about Living Small - Wednesday, January 13th, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. 
  • Trash Dance- Wednesday, February 10 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. 
  • American Commune- Wednesday, March 2
  • Children of the Arctic- Wednesday March 23

Light snacks will be served during the screening and a $5 donation is suggested.
