All month long award-winning EVO is promoting delicious spring cocktails made with Rain Organics, their new house vodka that comes in many flavors and contains 100% organic ingredients. Promotions include giveaways and sample tastings on select nights. A few of these special cocktails include among others: the Mint-Tini (Cucumber Lime Vodka, fresh lime juice, Basil Mint Simple Syrup, garnished with a cucumber slice); Rain Mango Tango (Honey Mango Melon Vodka, orange juice, cranberry juice, served over ice, garnished with lime); and Singing in the Rain (Red Grape Hibiscus Vodka, cherry juice, splash of 7up, served over ice and garnished with cherry).

Obviously the Citizen is famous for its fantastic collection of wines, but that does not mean it can't mix a few great cocktails as well. Special for the Spring, try the Pamplemousse, made with 1.5 oz Milagro Silver Tequila, .75 oz Combier Grapefruit Liqueur, .5 oz Yellow Chartreuse Liqueur, .75 oz fresh squeezed lime Juice, and garnished with a twist of lime.

The Rye and Thyme is famous for its terrific selection of scrumptious seafood (especially shellfish), but this authentic American Restaurant also boasts an impressive selection of drinks. Special for the Spring, try the Buffalo Bramble made with 2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon, .75 oz Honey Simple Syrup, .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, served over crushed ice, topped with a spoon full of Creme Yvette Black Berry Liqueur and garnished with black berries.

This highly-fashionable, European-style cafe, night club and martini bar is rolling out a new special spring cocktail starting this weekend, adding to its already extraordinary menu of assorted cocktails and martinis. It is called the Wild Blueberry and contains 1 oz. of Stoli Blueberry Vodka, 1 oz. Three Olives Marilyn Monroe Strawberry Vodka, cranberry juice, and splash of lime juice sugared rim with fresh blueberries.

Lastly, order a Pink Margarita made with Mejor Pink Tequila, fresh lemon and a splash of pomegranate.
