I think this list is garbage. Test scores are not everything and many colleges are starting to agree (perhaps not the Ivy League, but percentage wise, not many will go to those anyway). Many kids are going off to college because of their test scores and are graduating without any leadership skills, confidence, people skills, and are subsequently getting passed over for jobs. What about student activities? Volunteer opportunities? Mentor programs? Sports? Classroom equipment? Student morale? These factors should definitely be included in your ranking.
