New: Pottery Show to be Held at Worcester Center for Crafts

The Worcester Center for Crafts, in alliance with Worcester State University, will host its Pottery Invitational Show and Sale from Friday, April 5th - Sunday, April 7th. The show is being run by curators Hayne Bayless and Hannah Niswonger.

The show and sale will feature twenty-two nationally recognized ceramic artists and potters gathering to exhibit their work and to demonstrate their varying techniques. On both Saturday and Sunday many of the participating artists will also be hosting live demonstrations. There will also be a five buck cup raffle.

"Having potters demonstrating their techniques for the public is a unique privilege and a cherished part of the Craft Center's identity," said Honee Hess, the Executive Director of the Worcester Center for Crafts.

Admission to the show is free and open to the public Friday, April 5th from 5:30-8:30 p.m., Saturday, April 6th from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and on Sunday, April 7th from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. WOO Card holders can swipe for Double WOO points.
