St. Spyridon to Celebrate 100th Anniversary with Mario Frangoulis and Mayeli Burguete

Mayeli Burquette, lead singer of the Barandela Big Band of Mexico, will join Frangoulis.
Frangoulis, a child prodigy performing since he was a young boy in well-known musicals and plays including: “West Side Story,” “Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Raincoat,” Cabaret, “Phantom of the Opera,” and many more. In 2011 he was voted Top Male Classical Crossover Artist topping the BillBoard Charts alongside Josh Groban & Andrea Bocelli.
This special evening is one of many 100 year anniversary events celebrating St. Spyridon’s 100 years being established as a Greek Church in Worcester.
Proceeds from this performance will benefit and support many of the educational, cultural, spiritual programs and activities; youth and senior programs, St. Spyridon’s Board of Education certified Pre-School, it’s Orthodox Food Pantry-(working with the Worcester Food Bank) that feeds more than 200 families a month, and much more.
