Plants, food, and special discounts
During the event, plants of all kinds will be offered for sale by Tower Hill Botanic Garden, premier vendors and plant societies. Plants include annuals, Cary Award winners, trees and shrubs, heirloom and vegetables, cacti and succulents, daylilies, hostas, bromeliads, ferns, conifers, epimediums, heaths, heathers, roses and more.
Garden accessories such as hand crafted pottery, sculptures, birdbaths, art for the garden, local farm-fresh items and hypertufa troughs will also be available for purchase. The event will also feature festive food and special discounts in the Shop At Tower Hill.
Staff and volunteers will also be stationed throughout the plant sale to help visitors make their selections and to answer questions.
Tower Hill Botanic Garden members can receive special early bird access to the plant sale beginning at 9 a.m., along with a 10 percent discount on plants sold at Tower Hill tables. The first 500 members to arrive at the sale will also receive a complimentary seedling-size tree or shrub. Members can also participate in an exclusive silent auction. The plant sale opens to non-members beginning at 11 a.m. and is free with general admission.
