United Way of Central Massachusetts Announces Day of Caring 2014
Wednesday, September 03, 2014
Day of Caring – which has been running for 21 years – engages volunteers from a variety of local sectors in a community-wide event where these volunteers offer their time and labor to benefit local non-profit agencies and the clients they serve.
This event is the largest one-day volunteer drive of its kind in the entire region, where more than 1,200 volunteers help nearly 100 local non-profits. Day of Caring is one of the many ways that United Way of Central Massachusetts connects people to resources to improve the community.
