Worcester Students to Attend College After Graduating From MA Virtual School

Thursday, June 30, 2016

Worcester Students Michaela Smith and Gabriella Rodriguez will attend college after graduating this June from TEC Connections Academy, an innovative, technology enhanced public school option which delivers full time, tuition free, public school online to students in grades K-12 from across the state.

“Congratulations to Michaela and Gabriella and to all of our 2016 graduates,” said Adam Goldberg, Superintendent of TECCA. “Our school provides rigorous curriculum where students can learn at their own pace, which makes our graduates especially prepared for college. We look forward to following all of their successes down the road.”

Smith will head to Assumption College while Rodriguez will attend Quinsigamond Community College.

Both students are part of the second class to graduate from TECCA, started in 2014.
