Learn How to Find the Right Career Today

If you’re like many in the region, finding a job comes with some struggles. The Employment and Training Resources One-Stop Career Center announced it will host a job fair today, Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  It will be held at the Natick Crowne Plaza Hotel (The Verve), 1360 Worcester St., Natick. The event is for the Metro South/West region of Massachusetts.

Admission is free and job-seekers from across the state are welcome. Pre-registration is recommended by calling one of the Employment and Training Resources Career Center’s three offices in Marlborough (508-786-0928), Newton (617-928-0530), or Norwood (781-769-4120).

As announced by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, the job fair will showcase 78 employers with more than 1,000 job openings from across the region. Job fair highlights will include: Managing Your Job Search Seminar (pre-registration not required), 15-minute Résumé Critiques provided by certified professional résumé writers.

The Employment and Training Resources One-Stop Career Center urges attendees to research companies and positions of interest and bring updated copies of résumés. Updated employer listings and event details are available online at http://www.etrcc.com/jobfair/.
