24-Year-Old Shot on Vale St. in Worcester on Tuesday Night

On Tuesday night, around 9 PM, Worcester police were notified that a 24-year-old male gun shot victim arrived at the emergency room of a local hospital.

Upon WPD's arrival, officers spoke with the victim who was suffering from a single gunshot wound to his hand. According to the victim, he was parked in his car on Vale Street waiting for a friend when he was approached by a male suspect who pulled out a gun and shot him.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 6’4” tall, approximately 240 lbs and wearing dark clothing.

A crime scene was located on Vale Street and officers were able to gather evidence.
