6 Men Arrested in Worcester for Offering Sex for a Fee to Police Officer

Six men, five of whom are from Worcester, were arrested for offering sex for a fee to a police officer during an undercover investigation in the Main South area of Worcester.

The following suspects were placed under arrest and charged with Sex for a Fee.

• Ali Alhajjo, 47-years-old of 215 Beacon Street, Worcester.
• Kwame Antwiagyei, 60-years-old of 80 Stanton Street, Worcester.
• Joquin Valladares, 55-years-old of 38 Clifton Street, Worcester.
• Stephen Obeng, 62-years-old of 45 grand Street, Worcester.
• Jeffrey Vega, 34-years-old of 342 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
• Jesus Santana, 61-years-old of 15 Laurel Street, Worcester.

 

The Incident 

On Wednesday, May 17, members of the WPD Vice Squad set up under cover surveillance in the Main South area in their effort to combat open air drug dealing and to also address the persistent prostitution problem for the area.

The undercover officers started their activities early in the morning. At approximately 6:25 a.m., a female officer acting as decoy was approached by a man that offered her sex for a fee. 

During the next three hours the undercover officer was approached by 6 men in total that offered her money for sex. 

The last arrest was made at approximately 9:30 a.m.

All six men were transported to police headquarters.
