Couple Robbed Outside Shrewsbury St. Dunkin’, Police Still Seeking Assailants

Worcester Police are still looking for three men who robbed a couple near the Dunkin's Donuts on Shrewsbury Street.

The armed robbey took place on Sunday night and has drawn concerns. Police responded to a call and upon arrival, police spoke with a male and female victim of a robbery. The victims informed police that they were walking together on Shrewsbury Street when they were approached by three black males.

"The suspects grabbed the male and female victim demanding cash. One of the suspects then pushed an object into the male victim’s back telling the victim that he had a gun. The suspects stole cell phones, cash, and jewelry from the male and female victims before fleeing the area on foot from Shrewsbury Street up Imperial Road. The victims were not injured during this incident," said Worcester Police.

The description of the three males is as follows:

The first suspect is a black male, 5’7, approximately 165 pounds, with short dreads, facial hair, black hat, and black t-shirt
The second suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10 – 6 feet tall, short dreads, and a white shirt
The third suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’7, dreads, facial hair, and a red sweatshirt

Worcester Police Detectives are actively investigating this case. They are currently working on identifying the suspects.
