Disturbing Crime: 20 People Attack and Stab Worcester Man

Worcester Police report that on Saturday night at 9:30 PM, Worcester Police were dispatched to 24 Oread Street after a report of a group of approximately 20 individuals attacking one male.
As the police were in route to the location, they were informed through dispatch that many of the attackers had started to flee the area.
When Worcester Police arrive, police observed people on foot walking away from the general location of the attack and stabbing.
Police were able to stop and identify several of these individuals. At the same time, other officers checked the area in in an attempt to locate any possible victims.
When Police checked the side lot of 24 Oread Street and found a 33-year-old Worcester man who was suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Police saw that the man had a stab wound to his right chest, puncture wounds to his left chest and left flank, as well as a laceration to his face.
The victim informed police that he had been jumped by approximately 15 individuals. The victim could not provide a description of any of the suspects and refused to provide additional information. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is being treated for his injuries. At this time, the injuries are not considered life threatening.
Worcester Police Detectives responded to the scene to interview witnesses and collect evidence.
While police were at the scene, they located two juvenile males who were trespassing on the property immediately adjacent to the scene of the fight. These two males were arrested and charged with Trespassing. At this time it is unknown if they were involved the initial fight.
At this time, the victim is not cooperating with Detectives. The investigation is ongoing as Detectives are attempting to identify the suspects involved.
